Who are we and what are our principles?

We are a 100% Romanian brand, a chain of restaurants that aims to reinvent the concept of fast food, inspired by Greek cuisine. We create unique and diverse recipes, putting our own stamp on each dish. We use fresh ingredients and give our own interpretation to classic Greek recipes, boldly combining tastes and flavours in products that have already become legendary. Once tasted, never forgotten.

Products are prepared on the spot and served hot. The service area is welcoming and clean, the staff are friendly and organised and the prices are fair, reflecting the quality of the products. That’s what Spartan quality means to us.

Our products are tasty. All of them. No matter what you choose, each is a delicacy in its own way, each has contributed, in its own way, to the reputation of legendary taste.

Greece reinvented

We loved Greek food so much that we wanted to bring it here, serve it quickly and make it accessible to as many enthusiasts as possible. We’ve adapted them, some we’ve reinvented, but all of them recall the familiar taste of Greek dishes. That’s how the legendary, unique Spartan taste was born.
